Refund policy

 

We hope you love your purchases from Strollers Pram and Nursery. However, if your item(s) are not suitable, we are pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days, see terms below.

Items must be returned in their original state and packaging, unused with all tags etc still attached. If your order is above our free delivery amount, the value will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Strollers Pram and Nursery cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post therefore we recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number. You are responsible for your own postage costs to return items.

Returns must be returned within the 14 days returns period.

Credit and Debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The processing time of refunds may vary by bank and is not the responsibility of Strollers Pram and Nursery.

Cancelled Orders

Please note- if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a £5 cancellation fee will be applied. This applies to all Courier and Click and Collect orders.

How to Return

• Email info@strollerspramandnursery.com with your full name, order number, contact number and items you wish to return. You will then receive an email confirmation with return details.
